Identity Win Retail Signage of the Year Award!
Having received three nominations and three highly commended awards in 2015, Identity were eager to win one of the highly contested trophies at the 2016 British Sign Awards. With entries open to projects conducted from September 2015 through to August 2016 we had a plethora of amazing installations conducted on behalf of clients to choose from.
Two projects made it through the tough judging panel, these included the works to the Eurotunnel terminals in both England and France and Identity’s first ever bendy bus wrap design on behalf of Brighton & Hove buses.
With projects covering 17 categories encompassing the entirety of the signage industry across the UK, Identity had a long wait to find out if we were successful. We were on the edge of our seats during the announcement of the Commercial Wrap of the Year Award knowing that we had done some great work on the bendy bus. Unfortunately it wasn’t Identity’s year in this category for the main award however we did receive the highly commended! Big thanks to our Studio Manager Gary Fever for his hard work on this fantastic, creative project.
With all fingers and toes crossed we went into our last category, Retail Signage of the Year.

We would like to thank all the team members here at Identity which regularly work on the Eurotunnel project for their hard work and dedication. With challenging conditions by the coast, working at the Eurotunnel site can be a real challenge, one our staff regularly step up to and excel.
Now it’s time to get our heads down and work on some more amazing projects for next year's awards!
